Sion Mix provides analytics and research tools for horse racing. The platform is informational. It does not provide selections, tips, betting advice, or any form of financial or investment advice.

Racing outcomes are uncertain. Nothing on the platform is a prediction of results or a guarantee of profit. Any decision you take based on information from the platform is entirely your own responsibility.

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Account registration is not yet enabled. Once it is, you will be responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account.

You may not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data, attempt to circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The platform, its interface, its analytical methodology and its content are owned by Sion Mix and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own analysis.

The platform is under active development. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sion Mix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using the platform.

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
